1. Acceptance of terms
By using InspectMyPC (the 'Service'), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of inspectmypc.com.
2. Description of the service
InspectMyPC is a free, browser-based device health dashboard. It uses standard Web APIs to detect and display information about your device, browser, hardware, and network. All processing happens locally in your browser. The Service is provided 'as is' without any warranties.
3. Free to use
InspectMyPC is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. There is no subscription, no payment, and no account required. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but all current features will remain free.
4. Accuracy of information
Device detection is based on information exposed by your browser's Web APIs. Some values — including RAM, GPU details, and network speed — are approximated or restricted by browsers for privacy reasons. Scores are relative benchmarks, not certified performance measurements. Do not make purchasing or business-critical decisions based solely on InspectMyPC results.
5. Privacy
We collect no personal data. All device detection runs locally in your browser. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual property
All content, code, and design of InspectMyPC is owned by InspectMyPC. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute the website or its code without permission. The detection logic, scoring system, and UI design are proprietary.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use InspectMyPC to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary detection logic; (b) create automated systems that scrape or mirror the Service; (c) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectMyPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
